Description
HYDAC Cooling Engineers used modern CFD technology to carefully study the impact of shroud design, steel parts, fan type, etc., with effect on cooling air flow, noise level, cooler performance and overall cooler efficiency.
Ambitious goal was a dramatic reduction in noise and at the same time improving cooler efficiency.
The result is that the new AC-LN cooler series is:
- Low noise
- High heat dissipation
- Low electric current consumption
Examples:
- AC-LN8L up to 42kW @ oil flow 300 l/min and 40 C with 0.75 kW motor; noise level of 68 dB(A) @ 1 metre
- AC-LN11L up to 110 kW @ oil flow 360 l/min and 40 C with 2.2 kW motor; noise level of 75 dB(A) @ 1 metre
The new AC-LN cooler product line can be used in almost every industrial application, where oil and /or water-glycol mix has to be cooled through air.
Typical applications are hydraulic circuits of industrial power units, gearboxes, tool machines, transformers and other.
