Wenglor print mark sensors from Treotham

Wenglor print mark sensors available from Treotham are specially
designed to recognise print marks, stamps and labels at high speeds. Using a
white LED light with a long service life, the sensors produce a very small
light spot. Only one sensor is required to recognise all brightness and colour
combinations between the print mark and the background, and can differentiate up
to 100 gray levels.

The WM03 series of print mark sensors detects up to 20 gray levels and
can be optimally adjusted to suit any application using several teach-in modes.
The deactivation of the output can be put forward by using the connectible time
delay function.

The WP02 and WP04 series print mark sensors are
characterised by a small spot of light and high contrast resolution. The high
switching frequency and various teach-in modes are adjustable to any
application thanks to the very small spot of light. The threshold can be manually
adjusted via a key potentiometer.
