Round Emerald Series inclinometers released

Applied Measurement Australia announces the addition of the new RMIW
Emerald Series inclinometers from Jewell Instruments to its force balanced tilt
sensor line.

RMIW Emerald Series inclinometers are single axis low-cost force
balanced sensors that combine the advantage of several mounting and electrical
output options with a round compact footprint. The low-cost solution uses high
quality force balanced technology to deliver higher precision than comparable
MEMS sensors.

The sensor’s compact size makes it suitable for space constrained
applications; the inclinometer can flexibly be configured for vertical,
horizontal or standard floor mounting options.

Key features of RMIW Emerald Series inclinometers include 18″ wire leads
with 0-5VDC and 4-20mA output options, both with single-ended input power as
well as ±5VDC, dual-ended; round mounting footprint built with a sturdy metal
housing and an IP65 seal; and strong construction with 500g shock resistance.

The RMIW series sensors are recommended for
various applications including wheel alignment, construction equipment, antenna
positioning, robotics, cross rail management, tilt safety systems, industrial
and machining equipment, and stadium loudspeaker positioning among many more.
