New paperless inspection system to include iOS and Android app function

Techs4Biz Australia announces that the Pervidi paperless inspection software
will now include iOS and Android desktop sync function. Techs4Biz is a leading
provider of software products for managing field activities and safety

The new feature will allow data sync between iOS and Android devices and
the Pervidi Desktop software without needing a server or network access.

The release of the latest version of Pervidi dramatically expands the
solution’s capabilities by enabling iOS and Android devices to securely connect
directly with the Pervidi Desktop software without connecting to any server.

Pervidi is the only system for managing safety inspections and audits
that offers three distinct alternatives for implementation: Cloud-based installation
(SaaS); in-house, standalone desktop installation; and in-house server-based
installation. All three configurations can now use iOS and Android devices
as their mobile platform without the need for corporate mobile network access
or cradle-based data sync.

Techs4Biz CTO Eitan Shibi explains that it’s an exciting new feature for
many of their customers who use Pervidi in-house, especially for standalone
installations, which are typically not managed by corporate IT.

Standalone in-house implementations of Pervidi will be able to start
migrating from Windows-Mobile PDAs towards iOS and Android devices later this
year. New Pervidi customers will be able to use their iOS and Android devices
and sync directly with their desktop or laptop computers.

Eitan added that the Windows-Mobile PDAs will be phased out as soon as
possible though support will continue until the end of 2016.

The new version of Pervidi will be showcased at
the National Safety Council Congress and Expo in Atlanta in September 2015.
