Mosman Cafe delivers on high customer expectations with Tork products

The Burnt Orange Cafe has switched to a range of Tork Professional
Hygiene products to meet the quality expectations of their customers. Situated
on the grounds of the old Mosman golf club in the upmarket Mosman area of
Sydney’s north shore, the Burnt Orange Cafe functions out of a stunning 1930s
sandstone mansion overlooking the Sydney Harbour.

Assistant Manager, Kevin Kileen explained that the cafe switched to Tork
Professional Hygiene products as the quality of their existing range didn’t
match up to the expectations of their customers.

Products from the Tork Professional Hygiene range have been placed at
various locations in the cafe. For instance, customers are provided with Tork
LinStyle napkins, a high quality range of disposable napkins with natural
looking linen emboss and exceptional softness. Very similar in appearance and
feel to real linen, the napkins are also FSC certified, biodegradable and
certified food contact safe.

The pre-folded LinStyle napkins additionally save a lot of time for the staff.
Kileen reveals they are able to save around six hours a week of staff time by
using the 8-fold napkins, and no longer need to take staff off the floor to
fold more.

The Tork Elevation hand towel and foam soap dispensers have been
installed at the staff wash station for greater convenience. Head Barista
Lucinda Earlam explains that refilling the hand towel and soap dispensers is
quick and easy, while the high capacity of the dispensers also means they need
to be refilled less frequently.

Burnt Orange Cafe is an extremely busy
restaurant averaging around 250 covers per day during the week and up to 600 per
day on weekends. Open for breakfast, morning tea, lunch and high tea, the venue
also operates a kiosk and function room catering for 120 guests. Given the high
number of footfalls, it was important to focus on the overall experience for
customers, which has now been enhanced with the Tork Professional Hygiene range.
