DMF International introduces a new fast action door solution for large
openings in commercial and industrial facilities.
A preferred door system for sealing and securing large openings, high
speed roll doors find wide application in warehousing, logistics, mining and
production environments. Roll doors with flexible PVC panels are also very
popular for climate control applications. However, these doors are not suitable
for openings with widths exceeding 6m.
The new DMF fast action fold up doors present an alternative solution
for large openings over 10 metres in width. New to the DMF range, the
affordable high speed fold up doors open and close using a vertical pack-away
operation, quite similar to a Roman blind system. The reinforced steel rail is designed
to reduce wind pressure effects, ensuring a robust system.
Key features of DMF’s high speed fold up doors include door speeds of 1.0m/s;
single or 3-phase powered operation; powdercoated or galvanised structure; heavy
duty vinyl coated fabric with tear resistance of 70 N/5cm as standard; and
choice of colours.
DMF’s high speed fold up doors are custom
manufactured to size to suit specific requirements, and can be supplied with
various safety sensor options and activation modes to suit the application. All
models have a safety design to ensure protection to people, equipment and
materials in the event of strap failure.
