AMS Instrumentation and Calibration will exclusively distribute the rbr
Messtechnik range of flue gas analysis, pressure measurement and gas detection
instrumentation in Australia, New Zealand and PNG. The distribution agreement
further enhances the new direction taken by AMS with the recent formation of three
internal divisions for calibration hardware and software; flow, pressure and
level instrumentation; and analytical instruments.
AMS began operations in 1985 in a small garage in Iserlohn-Oestrich at a
time when climate goals were not on the horizon. Key objectives at the time
included developing measuring instruments to measure the CO2 exhaust in every
single house and determine the efficiency of a combustion plant. AMS has since
come a long way with their ecom instruments currently in operation all over the
world in homes, power plants, ships and other large engines.
Many of the ecom flue gas analysers being used today have been in use
since those early days, thanks to production quality and engineering perfection
backed by a competent service network ensuring longevity.
AMS’ ecom instruments
also include a pressure measurement range for various applications.
