Sullair and Goughs Cat form alliance to provide compressor expertise in New Zealand
Compressor technology group, Sullair Australia appointed Goughs Power Systems/Goughs Cat as its exclusive distributor in New Zealand on 18 July 2007. Goughs Cat has a network of 16 branches across the country, and is the authorised distributor for construction and mining equipment manufacturer, Caterpillar.
According to Sullair Australia’s construction and mining marketing manager, Ian Tessmann, Sullair has been providing tailored compressed air solutions to the region for over three decades. According to Tessmann, working together with Goughs Cat represents another milestone for the company as Goughs Cat will supply both new and second-hand compressor equipment. He says that the New Zealand industry will have unprecedented access to Sullair’s extensive compressed air experience and technologies.
Together, Sullair and Goughs Cat will support a wide range of New Zealand’s industries, and enhance Sullair’s strong presence in the mining, construction, hire, and exploration drilling industries. The pairing of Sullair and Goughs Cat provides New Zealand industry with the combination of local know-how and country-wide compressor expertise.
