HOT Melt and Packaging Systems (HMPS) has recently undertaken a project for a local Australian company and diversified further into chip board carton packaging.
The HMPS5020 is a fully automatic end-load packaging machine which loads pharmaceutical wipes into chip board cartons. This machine was released in March and adds to the ability of the company to service client specific needs.
The machine, which has the capacity to accommodate six different carton sizes, utilises hot melt sealing and allows for quick product changeover.
It has increased the efficiency of the company's production line by increasing up stream maximum machine speeds by 50 per cent.
