LeCroy Corporation has introduced the WavePro 7000A series of digital oscilloscopes that cover the 1 GHz to 3 GHz bandwidth range, the WavePro 7000A series features advanced laboratory oscilloscope accuracy and performance in its vertical acquisition system and time base, and more than 80 standard measurements (including timing and jitter). Sampling rate of the 4-channel oscilloscopes is 10 GS/s per channel, with a maximum sample rate of 20 GS/s achieved when the WavePro 7000A series operates in two-channel mode. Standard memory is 2 Mpt/channel when in 4-channel mode and up to 4 Mpt/channel when the channels are interleaved. Memory can be increased to as much as 24 million points in 4-channel mode and 48 million points when operating in dual channel. The oscilloscopes also have a 1 ps rms jitter noise floor. The WavePro 7000A series comes with four PP005A 10 MW passive probes standard.
