Designed for monitoring key distribution points and sensitive loads, the new panel-mount combine revenue-accurate energy measurements with unique power-quality compliance reporting functions, high-resolution sampling (for capturing fast transient disturbances), expanded onboard memory, and enhanced communications options.
Based on the company's ION 7500 and ION 7600 meters, the meters' extended processing power offers significantly increased sampling rates (up to 1024 samples per cycle) for capturing extremely short-duration power transients that other meters may miss.
Increased onboard memory allows the devices to store more waveforms, event records, and load trend data, and a new ANSI optical port provides quick and secure access to billing data or historical event records, right from the front panel.
Plus, both meters feature extensive setpoint alarming and control capabilities, a variety of on-board analogue and digital I/O, and a large high-visibility display.
