Connector for High Density Applications

The GH Series Wire-to-Board connector has been introduced by JST Corporation. It was designed for plasma display panels, LCD monitors, notebook PCs, PDAs, cellular phones and other small electronic equipment. These 1.25 mm (.049?) pitch, top and side entry, SMT connectors are polarized, and they have a positive locking feature when mating to headers, including an audible click/tactile feedback when mated. The fork-shaped header contacts are supported by grooves on the housing walls, and they are designed to prevent deformation. The GH disconnectable, crimp style connector series is available in two through 15 circuits rated 1.0A (AC/DC) (AWG #26) at 50V AC/DC. Insulation O.D. is 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm. Temperature range is -25°C to +85°C. Header plating is lead-free, and it complies with European RoHS directive. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment.
