A NEW range of capillary thermostats, thermometers and accessories are available from Universal Components.
The thermostats are rated at 16 amp/250 volts, and are available in 8 different temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C, up to 50°C to 320°C. A high current (30 amp/250 volt) single pole single throw version is also available.
Bulbs and capillary tubes are of stainless steel, and the standard contact configuration is single pole, double throw. Knobs are available with matching temperature graduations, as are bezels and gland nuts for sealing the capillary tube.
Typical uses for this type of thermostat would be in water heating units, sterilisers, vending machines, boilers, space heaters, commercial washing machines and dishwashers, fryers, cooking ovens and pool and spa equipment. Universal Components 02 9638 5388.
