Now available from TRIO Test & Measurement, Agilent Technologies 1000 Series portable oscilloscopes deliver the performance and features expected from a big scope with the portability and low price of a small one.
Agilent Technologies have redefined the economy oscilloscope by giving more signal viewing, more capabilities and more productivity.
With 1000 Sereis portable oscilloscopes users can capture long time periods with high resolution. They provide up to 20 kpts per channel of acquisition memory, and will maintain high-resolution acquisitions even at slower timebase settings so users can see the details on their signals.
Every 1000 Series oscilloscope features a bright, crisp LCD color display to allow users to quickly view their signal from almost any angle. This 5.7" diagonal screen is also available for display as needed. The dual display and true zoom also shows the entire signal and zoomed in waveform details at the same time.
1000 Series oscilloscopes are equipped with 23 automatic voltage, time and frequency measurements. The 'measure' key can be used to bring up the three the operator uses most often, they can display all single-channel measurements on the screen simultaneously.
Users are able to record up to 1000 occurrences of a trigger event with these oscilloscopes, and then play them back to easily spot glitches or other anomalies for further examination.
Users can also apply a real-time digital filter of to the source waveform to eliminate unwanted frequencies from the display. Digital filtering selections include low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and band-reject filters.
With the advanced triggering options for the 1000 Series oscilloscopes ensure users can capture and view hard to find signal conditions. Thse triggering options include:
- Pulse width
- Composite video
- Pattern; and
- Alternate channel trigger modes.
For remote instrument control over the built-in USB interface, users can utilise Agilent’s I/O library or National Instrument’s instrument drivers for the 1000 Series oscilloscope. in your their application. The drivers take full advantage of industry-accepted standards and are compatible with many application development environments.
A standard feature of these 1000 Series oscilloscopes is the automatic pass/fail mask testing. Users can acquire a “golden” waveform and define tolerance limits to create a test envelope. Incoming signals are compared to the allowable range and quickly flagged as pass or fail. This function is ideal for manufacturing or service applications where decisions need to me made quickly.
Standard math functions of these oscilloscopes include addition, subtraction or multiplication of any two input channels, as well as Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) with four user-selectable windows (Rectangle, Hanning, Hamming and Blackman).
