A NEW tool from testo is touted by national sales manager Margarita Grozdanoski as a must for all technicians involved with servicing and maintaining air-conditioning, and ventilation systems.
The testo 445 measuring system provides the mobility of a compact, portable measuring instrument and the advantage of a flexible, industrial measuring system.
The 445 can measure and record up to six parameters simultaneously including: temperature, velocity, volume flow, indoor air quality, relative humidity, dew point and enthalpy.
It has more than 40 types of attachable probes and other accessories to measure temperature, velocity, indoor air quality and humidity.
The 445 unit has an internal data logger capable for storing information with up to 3000 readings at any of the 99 pre-programmed locations.
The measured data can be viewed on the large LCD display or saved according to location. It can be analysed on your PC or printed on site via transmission to a hand held infrared printer.
"The need for buying multiple tools is now a thing of the past with the testo 445, with the ability to add additional probes when and if required to test multiple parameters on site", Ms Grozdanoski said.
