Westfield Group, one the world’s largest retail shopping centre organisations turned to integrum Management Systems for the roll out of its Global Safety Reporting system.
With over 147 facilities in 4 countries, (Australia (41) New Zealand (15), USA (77), UK (14)), and also involving over 4,000 contractor companies (Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, Construction) the integrum Global Summary Reporting function allows Westfield to automate the consolidation of data from site / region / country / global all with associated workflow, providing an almost immediate payback.
With user definable, easily configurable workflow and form builder, the GSR function allows regular (i.e. monthly, quarterly) data from OHS, Environment, Quality, Security, Compliance, Sustainability, etc, to be automatically consolidated and rolled up from underlying source data (incidents, injuries, LTI's, claims etc) into monthly consolidated reports, together with manager comments for up to 10 levels within an organisation to board level.
Automated notifications generated on the first of each month send emails with links to the draft monthly data report for managers to review, add comments and approve for the next level of review. The system allows user defined time periods for review, approval and consolidation to the next level, with provision for comments. The process is repeated at each level of management reporting until consolidation (including comments) reports are carried through to Board level in user definable prepared report formats.
As in the case of Westfield, this can also include third party data, whereby each contractor can access the system with self-registration to submit their data to be included and rolled up into the reporting workflow.
Where the underlying source incident data is not currently captured by the integrum system, the automated export function allows data to be exported directly from MS Excel format into the integrum system.

The integrum Global Reporting function is provided as standard with the integrum risk & compliance software system and contains dashboard report views.
Integrum Software is provided as either in-premises or hosted, Software as a Service.
