INSIGNIA 's LA/1000 label applicators can now be supplied under a rental agreement. The LA/1000 is a highly accurate and versatile label applicator system for applying pre-printed labels. It is capable of applying a wide variety of labels and shapes at speeds of up to 150 products a minute.
A rental agreement involves no capital outlay and allows immediate tax breaks on the equipment. It also allows companies to bring in better quality equipment immediately, rather than having to settle for an inferior product. This kind of arrangement is also ideal for seasonal or promotional labelling projects. The rental charges can even be packaged into the price of labels.
The LA/1000 can apply labels to the side, top or bottom of a product and its compact design caters for easy integration into existing production lines and packing systems. The footprint of the system allows it to be moved easily from line to line to meet varying production demands. The Standard LA/1000 applies labels from 12mm x 12mm up to 127mm x 305mm, while the wide web LA/1000 applies labels up to 225mm x 500mm.
The LA/1000 can also easily be transformed into a bottle labelling system with the aid of a bottle spinning conveyor attachment. It comes with an optional Tamp Assembly for high-speed production lines and variable stroke applications.
