The iBulk Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer uses vibratory motion to dry or cool products by lifting them into a continuous stream of air heated up to 400°C.
Because it maximises each particle’s exposed surface area as a product moves through the central chamber, the Fluid Bed Dryer provides fast, efficient results – adding pace and productiveness to any drying or cooling process of food, mineral or chemical products.
The vibrating Fluid bed dryer or cooler is suitable to dry or cool granular products by fluidisation. Hot or cold air forced into the unit passes through a perforated deck and comes in contact with the product by surrounding each particle thus increasing the possibility of efficient drying or cooling with minimum product degradation.
Vibration applied by the iBulk Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer, combined with fluidisation enhances product tumbling inside of the unit and ensures that every particle comes in contact with processed air.
