The Perth operation of Gekko Systems has seen growth in technical expertise over the last 12 months with the addition of key staff members.

Peter Henderson, Lisa Lim and Michelle Helm, all with formal metallurgy qualifications and varying experience have joined the Perth office, expanding Gekko’s capability to all the key areas required by local customers including technical sales, commissioning, PLC engineering, technical services, test work flow sheet development and administration.

Gekko firmly believes that the increased capability within the Perth office will be of significant benefit to all current and future customers in the region.

The Perth office has continued to not only support the West Australian and South-East Asian regions, but also play a major support role for customers with installations on the African continent. The technical team has once again shown flexibility in global support with Peter Henderson playing a major role in the commissioning of recent projects in South America and Russia, as well as assisting the South African office with significant upcoming commissioning loads in the region.

The past year has seen some exciting projects come to fruition in terms of sales and commissioning and has further increased the number of Gekko installations in the Philippines, Indonesia, Western Australia and Laos.

Gekko Systems specialises in the design, development and distribution of innovative mineral processing equipment and systems with particular focus on gravity separation.
