Dianne Kibbey, Global Head of Community, element14 explains that the element14 community has fostered several innovations since its launch with the one aim of supporting design engineers of tomorrow by providing them with a single destination for research, collaboration and product solutions.
Constantly seeking to nurture innovation by supporting this community in its quest to push the boundaries of what is possible in a fast moving industry, element14 has launched the Ultimate RoadTest competition that challenges three highly skilled and creative engineers from across the globe to design and build a working prototype application using existing development tools, software and design tools to create a real-world solution within the Home Automation market.
