Customers can also enjoy 24/7 customer service and 24/5 technical assistance via element14 to address any components-related issues and obtain the necessary knowledge to help them fully utilise the solutions.
element14 offers a comprehensive range of LCD products from Kentec that addresses the market’s need for LCD modules, microcontrollers, power management and mobile communication.
Kentec LCD components available through element14 include touch panels, LCD modules, evaluation kits and expansion boards.
Kentec touch screen LCD modules
Kentec's touch screen LCD modules are available in six different sizes ranging from 3.2 inch to 9.0 inch. Key features of these LCD components include white LED-backlight for clear and crisp illumination for displays as well as resistive or capacitive touch screen options to support multi-touch inputs to support essential applications.
Kentec and Texas Instruments have been in joint product development since 2009 for display solutions in industrial HMI, resulting in capacitive touch panels with TI controller MSP430.
Kentec expansion boards
Kentec’s expansion boards feature a built-in LED backlight driver circuit and 60-pin Flat Printed Circuit (FPC) connector for Kentec LCDs.
The expansion boards enable engineers to easily integrate Kentec’s LCD solutions with the MCU development kits from STMicroelectronics or Embest, facilitating product development efficiency and maximising the end product's functionalities.
