Control Components exclusively supply Eletta’s extensive range of flow meters and monitors in Australia and New Zealand for precise measurement of liquids and gases. All Eletta flow meters utilise the principle of measuring flow with an orifice plate. By measuring flow with an orifice plate, a differential pressure is created which corresponds to the flow of liquids and gases.

M3 series flow meter measures gas, liquid and differential pressure

  • Compact design with three pressure classes of 10, 25 and 50 bar
  • Features automatic compensation for variances in temperature and pressure
  • Can be used as a standalone DP transmitter when function is changed to DP mode
D2 and D5 series flow monitors with microprocessor based electronics
  • Innovative backlit display can be rotated up to 90 degrees allowing for horizontal or vertical installation in any piping system
  • Features 4-20mA output signal, local alarms and a programmable built in linearization possibility of flow curve
A-series features local bargraph style indicator for effective flow measurement
  • Reliable and rugged mechanical design featuring an analog signal output
  • Set alarms within the whole measuring range with two independent adjustable set-point relays
R-series is capable of both analogue and frequency outputs with accuracy of +/-3% F.S
  • Frequency output ranges between 200-1000 Hz
  • Analogue output has a linear current of 4-20mA
S-series mechanical monitor features a large readable dial of 130mm ideal for harsh and dusty weather conditions
  • Features two independently adjustable micro switch set points that can be set for low and high flow alarms
  • Monitor is insensitive to surrounding magnetic fields and provides excellent accuracy in readings
V-series monitor is unaffected by magnetic fields and suited to extreme industrial environments
  • Micro switch set-point is adjustable with the flow range of the monitor and features local indication or analog output
  • The V series Ex versions provide outstanding safety and are designed for explosive environments
TIVG flow indicator provide long lasting performance for harsh industrial applications
  • Ideal for use in power stations, Eletta’s robust flow indicators provide reliability and are a market leader in mechanical flow monitors.
SO-series mechanical flow indicators are economical and operate without micro switches
  • Ideal for direct readings within a specific measuring range
  • Identical to the S2 series minus micro switches
SP-G Liquid flow switch is compact in design and ideal for small flow and line sizes
  • Features a mechanical micro switch and can be install vertically or horizontally with 90 degree rotation of screen for easy reading
  • Alarm switch can be set at a low flow and still be capable of handling large flows without creating a large pressure drop. Set point options include 1,5 I/min up to 30I/min
SP-GA liquid flow switches are unaffected by changes in static pressure
  • Initial alarm is designed to active at a very low flow and still be able to allow high full liquid flow  when valves are set off by micro switch
  • SP-GA has a mechanical micro switch with a set point of 3I/min up to 70I/min
EF –G Liquid flow switches are ideal for applications where a low signal point is combined with large flows without creating a large drop in pressure
  • Includes an inductive sensor and can process pressure up to 100 bar
  • Maximum flow is 70I/min and the set point be set to 1,5I/min up to 30I/min
PR1 paddle type liquid flow switch are suitable for projects with limited demands on accuracy
  • Specialises in no flow of full flow application with the lowest set point of 100/min. The set point increases with larger dimensions
  • Paddle aligns with flow to create a small pressure drop
All Eletta flow meters and switches are manufactured in Sweden according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 quality standards. These durable and robust devices provide the ideal solution to all of your industrial flow meter requirements.
