THE Yokogawa DX100P/DX200P recorders address FDA compliance and validation requirements in a wide range of pharmaceutical and bio-tech monitoring applications. The DX100P/DX200P can securely measure, display and archive process and environmental data in critical applications.
Eliminating paper and pens, the DAQSTATION saves critical data to digital storage media. A batch function provides electronic signature and data security, and complies with FDA requirement 21 CFR Part 11.
Data security and accuracy are assured by saving in a proprietary binary format, with software security check. User ID and password saved with data prevents unauthorised operation. The digital data saved is also far more accurate than a pen trace on paper.
With virtually no annual maintenance required, cost savings are realised by eliminating the need for charts, pens and ribbon cassettes.
Equipped with a standard 10base-T ethernet port, the DX100P/DX200P recorders can be easily integrated into LAN/WAN environments. FTP TCP/IP, client and server modes are available. Easy data viewing and conversion is achieved using PC software supplied with the recorders.
The DX100P is available with up to 12 universal inputs, and can be directly connected to most common input types. The larger DX200P has the capacity for up to 30 universal inputs.
Both models also offer a comprehensive math package at extra cost. The math option can be useful to record min-max values, channel averages, Fo sterilisation factors, etc. Yokogawa Australia 03 9803 1100.
