A new web-based portal from fire protection specialist Wormald aims to give customers 24-hour access to fire service calls and inspections data.

Wormald Connect, the new web-based portal enables customers to review servicing schedules and data online at any time. Ideal for businesses of any size from single building operations to multiple sites and systems across Australia, the portal will provide each customer with secure login credentials to allow them to easily and seamlessly access their fire inspection information online.

Data can be stored on the portal for analysis or easily exported via an internet connection to enable further analysis or record keeping. If required, inspection summaries can be filtered to suit a customer’s individual needs. The completely web-based Wormald Connect service eliminates the need for customers to invest in software interfaces or hardware technology.

John Lynch, General Manager Business Services Wormald Australia explains that the new web portal is part of their integral and continued focus on providing quality customer service, and will especially enable time-poor customers to stay on top of the latest information pertaining to their fire protection servicing and maintenance status.

The Wormald Connect solution is convenient and easy-to-use and offers comprehensive access, ensuring customers are kept up-to-date on the servicing procedures being undertaken on their equipment. They can closely monitor their site’s fire safety products and systems and identify if there are any outstanding issues, facilitating more effective communication with the Wormald team.

Feedback from customers to the Wormald Connect initiative has been very positive.
