Manufacturing Products
Our Own Products:

• Wiltronics designs, manufactures and markets it's own products
• The main product is a quality range of 24V-12V Voltage reducers for the automotive, industrial and marine markets
• We have been a specialist manufacture of this product range for over 17 years
• The product is marketed under the "Voltex" brand name and is used as an interface between the 24V electrical system in Trucks, Buses, Boats etc. and 12V auxiliary equipment

Contract Assembly:

• Because of the wide range of customers, we manufactures a diverse range of sub-assemblies and finished equipment
• In the area of sub-assemblies we specialise in printed circuit board assembly
• Using our small run SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly line we have produced a number of products, many having mixed technology

Voltage Reducer Product:

• The product range is manufactured using our own custom designed aluminum extrusion
• The electronics employs CTH technology which is assembled using computer aided assembly machines and wave soldering equipment
• We have substantial capacity available to meet the needs of both local and export markets for this range of products
• The "Voltex" voltage reducer product range is positioned in the market as a high quality, high reliability professional product, with a medium to high price range
