The WIKA in-line chemical seals, combined with measuring instruments, enable pressure measurements without dead spaces or crevices. The in-line-type seals are completely integrated in the process line and, due to their circular cylindrical design, self-discharging.
Stainless steel 1.4435 is used as standard material. As certified by the EHEDG, any surfaces exposed to the medium obtain a surface roughness < 0.8um, even in the area of the weld seam.
WIKA now also offers any relevant hygienic connections in the standard program: aseptic connections like, for example, DIN, SMS, IDF, APV-RJT pipe fittings, as well as a variety of connections for all common pipelines.
