Available now from Whyte-Hall Australia, the MaxiForce Air Lifting Bag is a thin, strong, moulded envelope suitable for lifting heavy objects, such as airplanes and rail cars, for underneath inspection.
Made from Neoprene covered Kevlar reinforcement, each lifting bag has a single inlet/outlet used to inflate and deflate the bag, typically with compressed air.
The MaxiForce Air Lifting Bag system is quick and simple to set up, with even the largest of bags inflated within 60 seconds. The bag is simply positioned under the load and inflated, and using the energy of compressed air, the load is moved in seconds. Carrying or positioning the bags also presents no problem, as the weight of a MaxiForce Air Lifting Bag is only 0.5kg to 27kg, depending on the size and type.
Requiring only 2.5cm of insertion space, these air lifting bags fit into exremely tight places. They operate on air pressure up to 8 Bar, or 118 psi, meaning that any air source, such as a SCBA air cylinder, truck air brake systems, compressors, or even a foot pump, can be used to inflate them.
Inflation and deflation of the MaxiForce Air Lifting Bag system is operator controlled by use of a safety control valve that controls two bags independently.
