Mining equipment supplier Weir Minerals is launching its new Enduron range of comminution equipment for the mining, sand and aggregate industries including crushers, feeds and screens.
Headquartered in Melbourne and with branches in six continents, Weir Minerals delivers end-to-end solutions for mining and other industries.
Using the new range of Enduron vibrating screens, feeders and crushers in conjunction with the company’s current comminution solutions portfolio of mill circuit products will provide cost effective comminution packages.
The Enduron crusher has a higher eccentric speed and bulkier crushing chamber along with a bigger feed opening that gives a higher reduction ratio. This means it has a higher crushing ration.
It can deliver up to 30 per cent more capacity per hour than other spring type cone crushers.
Its design has increased mantle slope and a longer mantle shaft for better power transmission.
The special design of mantle and concave means it is easier and faster liner change. It does not require backing material.
The longer service life, fewer spare parts and lower exchange costs means it has a lower operating cost. Fully automated adjustments and operation means it has lower labour costs.
It comes with an easy-to-read control panel and is has two ‘adjust-on-the-run’ planetary gear boxes. Users do not have to stop operating to adjust.
It is versatile and can be adjusted to coarse to fine crushing chambers.
The new equipment is designed to increase customers’ operational efficiency with a focus on improving mining productivity and safety.
The Enduron range will be sold and serviced through Weir Minerals’ existing global teams and create a platform for further expansion into the crushing and screening market.
