Multimeter, power supply, and soldering station
THE Lab1 is a three-in-one instrument that will save space in laboratories and technical repair areas. It is an ideal solution when space is at a premium.
Available from Wavecom Instruments , the Lab1 contains in one housing a digital multimeter, a regulated power supply and a soldering station.
The digital multimeter has a 3-1/2 backlit LCD display with automatic polarity indication. Measurements available are dc voltage from 0V to 600V in 5 steps, ac voltage from 0V to 600V dc current from 0 to 10A in 5 steps and resistance testing from 0 to 2MΩ.
The regulated power supply has selectable output voltages of 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 8 and 12V dc with an output of 1.5A (2A peak). It incorporates an LED overload indicator and an output on/off switch.
The soldering station is compatible with the requirements for lead free soldering. And has a ceramic 48W heating element with temperature sensor. A variety of soldering bits are available to suit most end uses.
