Warsash Scientific releases 532 nm single-mode CW solid-state laser

Cobolt Samba
Warsash Scientific has released high power Cobolt Samba, 532 nm single-mode CW solid-state laser.
The Cobolt Samba is a continuous-wave solid-state laser operating at 532 nm and is now available with an output power of up to 300 mW.
The Cobolt Samba is a true single-longitudinal mode laser with a measured linewidth of <1MHz and features low noise with good beam quality, over a wide temperature range. Demonstrating high wall-plug efficiency, the full system typically consumes less than 25 W of electrical power.
The laser is based on Cobolt’s proprietary PPKTP doubling technology and is manufactured in a compact and robust hermetically sealed package providing high tolerance to demanding environmental conditions.
These features make the Cobolt Samba ideal for power and stability demanding applications such as high-resolution Raman spectroscopy, particle sizing, holography, flow dynamics and high-speed fluorescence analysis.
Cobolt’s range of high performance CW DPSS lasers is also available at wavelengths of: 473 nm, 491 nm, 515nm, 561nm lasers, as well as combined 491+532 nm.
