Spectrum measurement solutions from spectrum detector
With your choice of SI, Ge, InGaAs, or Pyroelectric detector, you can measure any wavelength from 100nm to 3mm.
The Delta series provides a high performance, affordable solutions with their radiometer and joulemeter probes and power modules. For a complete, low cost power or energy meter, choose the Delta digital module, or the analog module for applications requiring maximum rep rate or use with a lock in amplifier.
The Delta has equivalent accuracy to standard radiometers and joule meters available today.
The STEP-40 series is suitable for applications requiring ultimate radiometric stability and high accuracy. The STEP series is designed for those researchers who require a high quality, high accuracy detector for radiometric or energy measurements.
With an accuracy of ±2%, this series is accurate than other standard radiometers or joule meters available today.
Spectrum Detector has an uncertainty of less than 1%. Based on NIST Boulder technology, TRAP detectors are used as primary and secondary calibration standards for radiometric measurements. They are suitable for calibration of FO power meters, laser power meters and optical detectors.
