In just seconds and with the push of button, TruScan delivers results -- without sample preparation, special handling or consumables. The TruScan laser penetrates containers and packaging typically used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, dramatically reducing the time and costs associated with conventional sampling methods and laboratory analysis. TruScan also eliminates the need for warehouse quarantine areas and clean rooms, even for verifying high-potency Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).

TruScan was designed for use in 21 CFR Part 11-compliant environments and meets the following:
  • USP <1120> - Raman Spectrophotometry
  • ASTM E1840 - Standard Guide for Raman Shift Standards for Spectrometer Calibration
  • NIST SRM2241 - Response standard for Raman spectrometers using 785 nm excitation
  • WEEE and RoHS-compliant
  • CE, UL and CSA listed
  • Intrinsically Safe Certified for Class 1, Division I, Groups A-D, T3C
