A NEW LED photometric detector that measures CIE averaged LED intensity per CIE 127-1997 Conditions A & B, and provides calibration curves on a CD, is being introduced by International Light, represented by Warsash Scientific .
The IL photometric 127 sensor features a 100mm² input aperture and photopic filter that provides an individually measured spectral response to allow LED measurements in accordance with CIE 127-1997 Conditions A & B.
Designed for use with the portable IL1400 and benchtop IL1700 radiometer systems, this sensor includes a CD with calibration data and comparison curves, application notes, and scanned absolute photopic responses.
Ideal for measuring virtually any type of LED-based display including traffic signals, highway and mass transit messaging systems, stadium-type signage, and instrumentation, the IL photometric 127 sensor, combined with either of the radiometers, provides NIST traceable results.
Applications include research and development, quality control, and incoming inspection.
