The International Light Belt Radiometer (ILT490) is an easy to use, cost effective way of optimizing your UV curing system. Problems such as dirty reflectors, failing lamps, or out of focus lamps can be addressed before the quality of your product is affected.



Function/Applications
The profiling Belt Radiometer can be used in most UV curing, conveyor style system, such as screen printing, or epoxy resin coating production line. With graphical and numerical displays, the cause of a UV curing problem is easily found using the Belt Radiometer.

Changes in your UV curing system can be monitored and recorded by the Belt Radiometer. This allows you to make more appropriate maintenance scheduling, reducing down time, and saving you money!

• Belt Radiometer wide operating ranges – These huge operating ranges makes the ITL490 Belt Radiometer a versatile diagnostic tool, suitable for use in almost all UV curing application.

• Dose Range: 1 J/cm2 to 20 J/cm2.
• Temperature Range: 100C to 5000C.
• Irradiance Range: 10 mW/cm2 to 20 W/cm2.
• Baseline Profile Memory – The Belt Radiometer memory feature allows you to measures any gradual change in the output of the UV lamps, and/or alignment of reflectors.
