The Artemis Raman microspectrophotometers recently released by CRAIC Technologies are available from Warsash Scientific . These rugged, self-contained units are designed to be used either with an optical microscope or with a CRAIC microspectrophotometer.

Designed to be added to many different types of optical microscopes, the Artemis offers very high sensitivity, high resolution, a broad spectral range and rapid sampling times, enabling scientists and engineers to measure the Raman spectra from microscopic samples or microscope sampling areas of large samples such as semiconductors.

Artemis can be added to a CRAIC microspectrophotometer to add Raman to UV-visible-NIR absorbance, reflectance and fluorescence microspectroscopy and imaging. The cutting edge technology of the CRAIC Helios means that a whole host of capabilities is now available to researchers and engineers. With the introduction of the Artemis Raman spectrometers, users have an even more powerful tool for sample micro-analysis.

Designed as a self-contained unit, Artemis Raman microspectrophotometers feature the latest in laser technology, an advanced optical interface to the microscope, a truly unique Raman spectrometer and advanced software for instrument control and data analysis.

Different units are designed for use with different wavelength lasers with all offering extremely high sensitivity, high resolution, a broad spectral range and fast scan times.
