Walls Machinery has released the Nordenmatic 902, the latest in the range of Norden Tube Filling & Sealing machines. It features an increased production speed of up to 100 tubes per minute. Designed for the filling and sealing of plastic and laminate tubes, the NM 902 is equipped to handle up to 60 mm diameter tubes with 28 tube holder links as standard.
The machine's pneumatic controls are accessed without stopping the machine and all major functions are mechanically driven. Robust in design, the NM 902 has an optional new and improved servo driven tube lift at filling and the machine can be equipped or retro-fitted with servo driven pumps.
A variety of filling nozzles are available to suit the particular type of product being filled. The tube is filled and sealed without spillage or overflow through a bottom-up filling process. The machine utilises a range of tube sealing systems including Norden's patented Hot-Air Sealing System recognised as the most reliable sealing method for plastic and laminate tubes.
