Following the success of Pro Dry, Walker Filtration have extended their range of small flow heatless desiccant compressed air dryers. Now with seventeen models in the range, Pro Dry is available at a pressure dewpoint of -40°C (-40°F) or -70°C (-100°F) and at flow rates from 4scfm (7Nm3/h) to 365scfm (620Nm3/h).
Manufactured from pressure die-cast aluminium and corrosion protected, the small flow heatless desiccant compressed air dryers have a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (232psig) and operate from a minimum temperature of 1.5°C (35°F) to a maximum of 50°C (122°F).
The range has been designed to provide users with further enhanced air drying capabilities and a controlled, economical supply of dry air, clean air to the point of application. The small flow heatless desiccant compressed air dryer can also help to avoid costly downtime, machine damage and product spoilage. Brand new features of the larger models in the range of small flow heatless desiccant compressed air dryers include new modular extruded aluminium towers, rapid re-pressurisation and improved desiccant cartridge design.
Ease of service has been foremost in the design. The user has the ability to monitor the dryer remotely through a PC or locally through the LED diagnostic display panel. Desiccant material is packed into a spring loaded cartridge which ensures there is little attrition from the desiccant. The clear cartridges with integral handle have been designed for easy removal, replacement and maintenance.
Pro Dry can be installed anywhere in the world with its ability to recognise and operate to different voltages and meets the high standards of compressed air quality as specified in ISO 8573.1 and is approved to international standards such as PED.
