The majority of high pressure grout pump cannot supply a high flow rate of grout.
Pressures of 3000 psi to 10000 psi only yield 30 -50 litres per minute. With this in mind Wagss has developed a new high pressure high flow grout machine.
The high pressure grout machines will be capable of reaching a stall pressure in the 2000 psi range and average flow rates of 100-130 litres per minute.
The grout pumps and grout mixers will be hydraulically powered with either on board power supply or external supply provided by the buyer.
The grout machines will be twin piston pumps built into a holding tank which will be fed from either one or two mixing tanks. The internal components of the pumps will be designed for easy cleaning.
High pressure grout hoses will also be supplied with the units. Machines will be available in either skid or trailer mounted.
