WAGSS has improved the design of grout pumps, which are commonly used by the mining and construction industry, with the Groutmaster.
The most common brand of pneumatic grout pumps are inflexible especially in regards to pressure, grout flow and service. Inexperienced operators who use these pumps can suffer from the over speeding problem (such as when excessive air supply is supplied to the grout pump, resulting in an excessive cycle speed that causes the grout pump to break down).
The Groutmaster from WAGSS has overcome these problems by having a stroke length that can be adjusted to suit the air supply - thus eliminating over speeding and a leg that can be changed to a smaller or larger diameter. This affects both grout flow and pressure.
Grout flows of 60L per minute and 600psi can be achieved with the Groutmaster.
The Groutmaster’s seals are mainly external, making service and inspection simple.
The Groutmaster is also available in a hydraulic version.
Industry will find the Groutmaster grout pump a very refreshing and economical unit.
