Wacker Neuson has announced an industry-leading warranty offer on its popular RT trench rollers.

Wacker Neuson has introduced the first 5-year bumper-to-bumper transferable warranty on its RT trench roller series covering the entire machine, and administered through Wacker Neuson’s warranty program enabling the warranty to stay with the machine, regardless of how many times it is resold within the 5-year warranty period.

Available for all RTx rollers sold in Australia and New Zealand, the 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty covers all components except typical wear and maintenance consumables such as filters. To be identified by the machine’s serial number registered through Wacker Neuson, the warranty will follow the machine from owner to owner throughout the contracted period.

The warranty will be supported by any authorised and trained Wacker Neuson dealer in Australia and New Zealand throughout the warranty period regardless of location and owner.

Andy Evans, Regional President, Australia and New Zealand for Wacker Neuson explains that the new warranty provides assurance to both rental dealers and contractors, with the added benefit of increased resale value.

Wacker Neuson’s trench rollers are designed with a best-in-class maintenance-free lower end featuring lifetime lubricated bearings and drive gears with patented lube-free exciter gears, saving time and money for the owner and increasing the unit’s uptime. The roller also features a single piece body exciter motor with a simpler and more durable design.

The newer models of the RT series are designed as a two-in-one machine with a new flexible drum that can change the working width of the machine’s drum from 32 inches to 22 inches. The easily removable extensions have a central mounting system that protects the bolts from exposure to damage during operation helping rental dealers and end users get more out of their investment.
