Miller Auto Darkening Helmets

Elite Welding Helmets
The Elite helmet series is for serious welders who need protection for heavy duty welding jobs. With a 30% larger viewing area than the standard range and four independent sensors for arc sensing capability it can adapt to the toughest applications and environments, such as ultra low TIG down to 5 amps and out of position welding.
With a huge range of shell designs on offer, you can get the performance you expect from the top of the range, plus add a bit of spice to your welding get up.

Features of the Heavy Duty Helmets
  • Variable Welding Shades: 9 to 13
  • Larger Viewing Area: 30% larger viewing area than WIA's standard lens for maximum viewing capacity
  • Advanced Lens Technology: Lens technology responds to extremely low amperage TIG arcs (5 amps and below), including DC inverter TIG
  • Four Independent Arc Sensors: Provides continuous arc sensing capability for your most demanding applications, highly recommended for low amperage TIG. Lens darkening reaction time is 1/20,000 sec
  • Battery Powered (replaceable): With solar assist for exceptionally long life (3,000 hours on MIG), no charging required
  • Excellent Magnifying Lens Holding System: Holds magnifying lens securely in place while allowing for vertical adjustment
  • Lightweight: Polyamide nylon shell for excellent durability
  • Maximum Comfort: Fully adjustable ratchet style headgear with odour absorbing headband and comfort cushion
  • Adjustable Sensitivity and Delay Controls
  • 2 Year Warranty
