The new S.12-448 Minipitch belt, available from WA Belting Solutions , has been designed particularly for the bakery industry. The ’Inverted Diamond Top’ surface on the belt makes it suitable for proofing, since it allows bread and pastry to rise at room temperature after it has been shaped.
Other advantage of the S.12-448 Minipitch belt is that the surface structure is combined with the special material, which secures an easy product release. The S.12-448 Minipitch belt can also run on nose bars down to 14mm. The lightly curved surface reduces the transfer dead plate gap.
