Surface Preparation Services
Over the past 80 years, Granowski has been servicing Australian heavy industry, such as automotive, aerospace, die-casting and foundry, with an airless and air blast and peening equipment, degreasing and hot wash machines, and foundry sand mixing, cooling and reclaiming equipment.
Granowski produces standard and custom made machines to suit any surface preparation and component, from debburing or descaling castings to etching concrete slabs.

On your initial enquiry, the Sales Department will consult with the engineering team together assessing your requirements and the finish you wish to achieve.

At placement of order, our skilled production team will construct the 100% Australian made machine.

Following installation, our qualified service technicians will ensure the machine runs efficiently.

Custom Machinery
Granowski can tailor make industrial cleaning machines to suit any application and individual need, from compact designs requiring little floor space to large machines for cleaning major components. With patented high efficiency and low energy machine componentry, Granowski machines economise power consumption and operating costs assuring optimum energy use at all times.

Granowski machines have proven to be cost effective and reliable with several blast machines manufactured in the 1960’s currently in operation.Granowski can modernise or refurbish your old machine.

If an older machine is in need of an overhaul or upgrade, the Engineering Department can design modifications utilising the latest technology and techniques the blast industry has to offer. Using your components, surface preparation trials (degreasing and blast) can be organised to verify the technique best suited your application requirements.

Granowski stocks a large range of abrasive including steel and stainless steel shot and grit, and non metallic abrasives such as garnet, glass bead and plastic.

Our one-stop-shop policy means that Granowski can provide off the shelf and made to order spare and replacement parts for all surface preparation and cleaning machines.
