Function/Applications

The STATUS (UK) DM640 range of battery powered high accuracy digital thermometers feature PT100 and thermocouple versions (Types K,J,T,R,S,E,L,N & B)  with a battery life of in excess of 2 years from one ‘AA’ sized user replaceable Lithium battery.
High accuracy and user selectable resolution with IP67 Waterproof ABS or Stainless Steel housing make these units ideally suited to Food, Pharmaceutical,Chemical, HVAC and many other industrial uses where punishing environmental conditions exist. Various temperature probe options are available to Customer specifications including rigid or remote mounting with hygienic or compression type fittings all manufactured out of 316 Stainless Steel.
Mounting of the display section from Wall/surface/panel or directly from the probe are all offered.
Other features include security Pass code Protected Configuration, factory reset, ATEX approved version for hazardous area applications and a Loop Powered LED version with isolated universal input and 4-20mA re-transmission signal output.
All models are covered by a 10-year warranty and are available Ex-stock and the economical pricing and private labelling option make them very suitable for OEM applications.
