DELTA Ohm, represented in Australia by W & B Instruments has released the 2100 series of handheld digital instrumentation covering temperature (PT and thermocouple), humidity, Ph, conductivity, pressure, air velocity and photo radiometers.

All units are IP67-rated, making them suitable for industrial environments and food industry applications.

They have max, min, average, relative, hold and auto switch off functions and allow real time direct printing (without the need for a PC) or data logging to a PC via the RS232 serial port.

A data logging version of all models in the series is available, allowing up to 32,000 readings to be logged within the unit and date stamped by the internal real time clock. The logging interval is adjustable from one second to one hour and complete setup can be performed from the instrument’s keypad.

Both USB and RS232 interface outputs are available and the DeltaLog software allows simple data logging or graphical analysis. The logging models can have an external power supply for continued unattended operation.

Sensors are connected to the instrument by a Smart module which recognises the sensor type and calibration data allowing a number of different probes to be calibrated to the one instrument for high accuracy. Accuracy of ±0.3°C from –50°C to 200°C and a resolution of 0.01°C is available on some models.

All units operate for up to 200 hours from three AA alkaline batteries and come with a carry case and are covered by a two-year warranty.
