Compact, light weighted and cost effective lifting devices from Vital Machines
Vital Machines provides the customer’s needs and solutions through planning, insight and experience. Vital Machines provides a selection of single-phase (240 volt) and three-phase (415 volt) electric chain hoists manufactured by their supplier GIS AG, of Switzerland. Each unit can be readily adjusted to suit OEM variants and support types. The range includes hoists with capacities ranging from 40 kilograms to a massive 5,000 kilograms with a reach of 50 metres height or as per the customer’s needs.
Chain Hoists offered by Vital Machines are compact, light weighted and low-cost lifting devices. Vital Machines Chain Hoists are ideal for nearly all lifting applications whether outdoor or indoor, subject to the availability of mains power. Hoists can be coupled to manual (push or pull) or to motorised trolleys or left suspended from rigid connections (like girder clamps).
Vital Machines Chain Hoists are the most common lifting device for jib cranes and monorails. Other common applications include theatre hoists (chain climbers), underslung and overhead cranes and dumb waiters. Food grade hoists are available with epoxy coated bodies made in stainless steel load chain and hooks.
All GIS control pendants are less than 50 Volts. This safety measures allows the hoist to be used even in wet areas. GIS hoists, from Vital Machines, can be used as transfer and pulling devices as they can be operated with their axes in any position. This feature also allows intense low-headroom assemblies, where the lifting hook is counterbalanced to the body of the hoist.
