P&N and VisyPak have launched a new 2.25 litre bottle on the Australian soft drink market complementing the success of their 1.5 litre bottle.
Leveraging off other recently launched 'bonus packs', the 2.25L bottle will provide 250ml extra, free.
VisyPak market manager Daniel Martin said the innovation would raise the level of 'traditional' soft-drink pack-sizing.
Harris Spyrou, P&N's marketing services manager, said the new 2.25L bottle was primarily targeted at families, but the 19 to 30-year-old singles market was another significant consumer target.
The 2.25L bottles will be available nationally through Woolworths from mid-November 2002, and are expected to enjoy similar growth in market share to the 1.5L bottle.
