Diamond Coated Hole Saws are designed for porcelain cutting. Diamond Coated Hole Saws are available from 6mm to 128mm and also come in trade packs. Diamond Coated Hole Saws are tested on different types of materials, both in house and in the field.
Diamond Coated Hole Saws are a specially designed saw that has unique features. The Diamond Coated Hole Saw series are easy to use with high quality results. Diamond Coated Hole Saws are powerful that excessive force or drill speed need not be used.
These Diamond Coated Hole Saws are manufactured to last for up to 10 to 40 cuts (wet cut only). The diamonds are of high quality yet so fine. The smaller hole saws are made from the pressing of one steel tube. The larger hole saws are made from three pieces the shank, cup and body.
The hole saws are then welded together using a laser. Not by conventional heat induction, as heat induction can cause tiny cracks during the brazing process. The rim is then pressed, passing through to be electro-plated; then follows the last procedure which is nickel plating.
Vek Tools has a large showroom with extensive displays of tools and technical demonstrators which can assist with different tooling requirements.
