Foundation Fieldbus certified products

VEGA Foundation Fieldbus products have been launched for the plics product lines VEGAPULS non contact radar, VEGAFLEX guided microwave radar and VEGABAR hydrostatic and pressure.

VEGA's demo case demonstrates the entire range of products.

All have received the Foundation Fieldbus certificate. This enhances the range of plics products from VEGA by adding to Profibus and HART, available in all devices.

All options can be configured and communicated with via DTM PACTware interface, the new universal software communication tool or via a Foundation Fieldbus integrated network.

This gives VEGA the full capability for integration with any plant control system. Coupled with the plics concept offering in head programming and diagnostic capability without a laptop, it offers on plant convenience for all users.

Plics is available in nine measuring principles, four different housings and numerous process fittings.

Logical selection, quick mounting, menu-driven set-up, and easy maintenance eliminates possible difficulties.

The products also offer simple adjustment on the sensor or remote via PC using Profibus, FF or via PACTware.

The appropriate DDs and CFF files can be downloaded from the VEGA homepage (www.vega.com), or directly via the official Foundation Fieldbus homepage (www.fieldbus.org under “Search our registered products” and “instrument type”).
