This application will allow end users the ability to chart a rolling 24 hours energy minute-by-minute, identify peak demand kW and time of occurrence and energy consumption till-date and for the month. End Users will be able to ascertain the cost by entering a fixed rate $/kWh.
This simple application is an example of how important information from a smart electric meter can be locally accessed using open protocols via TCP/IP to visually energy usage in real-time as well as provide important details on energy costs and carbon footprint.
For those end users who need more information from our power meter, the Power@DeskTop also provides voltage, current and power factor by phase as well as k kVARh. The energy usage charts can be saved and printed for future reference.
